About this Recipe

This vibrant and zesty pineapple salsa is bursting with flavors of fresh pineapple, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños.

Serve in a colorful bowl alongside tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cups Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1-2 Jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey 
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeños.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and olive oil to make the dressing.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the pineapple mixture and gently toss to combine.

Step 4

Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Let the salsa sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.

NOTE:

Adjust the amount of jalapeño based on your spice preference.
