A zesty blend of Valencia oranges and sweet honey mustard creates this vibrant Sun-Kissed Honey Mustard Dip.  Bursting with flavor, this vibrant condiment is perfect for dressing salads, marinating meats, or dipping veggies.

This versatile blend will brighten up any dish with a tropical twist.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Fresh-Squeezed Valencia Orange Juice (about 3-4 oranges)
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • Zest of 1 Valencia Orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and vinegar.  Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Step 2

Stir in orange zest, salt, and pepper.  Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until it has thickened to a desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.

Step 5

Once cooled, transfer to a serving jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Step 6

Garnish with a slice of Valencia orange and serve alongside your favorite dishes.
