INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Fresh-Squeezed Valencia Orange Juice (about 3-4 oranges)
- 1/2 cup Raw Honey
- 1/4 cup Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
- Zest of 1 Valencia Orange
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Stir in orange zest, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until it has thickened to a desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.

Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
