About this Recipe
Incredibly delicious, this Spiced Pumpkin Jam is bound to be your new fall essential. Creamy, delicious and packed with all the fall flavors we love!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, granulated sugar, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water.
Step 2
Stir the mixture until well combined.
Step 3
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to low and let the condiment simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a spreadable consistency.
Step 5
Once the jam has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Transfer the spiced pumpkin condiment to a serving dish or jar.
Step 7
Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for a decorative touch.
