Bursting with sweet and tangy flavors, this Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa recipe will definitely impress your family and guess.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4-6 Salmon Fillets
- 2 ripe Tropical Mangoes, diced
- 2 Hass Avocados, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Honey
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mano, avocado, red bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, honey and coconut water. Gently toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 3
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the salmon fillets with on the preheated grill and cool for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
Step 5
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.
Step 6
Spoon the mango avocado salsa over the grilled salmon fillets, and garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges.
Step 7
Serve immediately and enjoy!
