About this Recipe
Packed with Vitamin C and protein, indulge in this refreshing and creamy orangesicle smoothie. Made with navel oranges, and greek yogurt for a healthy treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium Navel Oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Step 1
In a blender, combine the navel orange segments, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ice cubes, and milk.
Step 2
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey, if desired.
Step 4
Once the desired consistency and sweetness are achieved, pour the smoothie into the prepared serving glasses.
Step 5
Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of each glass.
Step 6
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
NOTE:
For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes or yogurt. For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
