About this Recipe

Power up your mornings with this tasty Berry Green Smoothie! Made with healthy goodness of berries, spinach, banana and is a perfect way to get your greens in!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (option, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup Green Yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

Step 1

Wash the spinach throughly and pat dry.

Step 2

Place the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana, almond milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.

Step 3

If using Greek yogurt, add it to the blender as well.

Step 4

Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.

Step 5

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more honey.

Step 6

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk in small increments until you reach the desired consistency.

Step 7

Once smooth, pour the smoothie contents into glassses and serve immediately.
