INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 3-4 medium Fuji Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted (for brushing)
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and half of the brown sugar until well coated.
