An easy dinner recipe that tastes like it’s straight from a steakhouse, this Garlic Butter New York Strip Steak recipe is the perfect comfort recipe to enjoy from your own home.

Made with Piedmontese New York Strip Steaks, a cut that delivers delicious, boneless perfection and natural tenderness with each bite.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-6 Cerified Piedmontese New York Strip Steaks
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Optional garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs

Step 1

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create the garlic butter mixture.

Step 3

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.  Brush the steaks with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness.

Step 5

Once the steaks are cooked to your preference, transfer them to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Step 6

While the steaks are resting, top each one with a generous dollop of the garlic butter mixture, allowing it to melt and create a flavorful coating.

Step 7

Arrange the steaks on a platter, garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired, and serve alongside your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
