Indulge in the delightfulness of this Cherry Bliss Smoothie, a perfect blend of fresh cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

A refreshing and nutritious treat that is ideal for breakfast or as a midday snack. 

The creamy texture and sweet cherry flavor make it a favorite among smoothie enthusiasts.  Customize the sweetness to your liking and enjoy the burst of cherry goodness in every sip!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Fresh Sweet Red Cherries, pitted
  • 1 medium Banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • Ice Cubes, if desired

Step 1

In a high-powered blender, combine the cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla and almond extract.

Step 2

Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is well mixed.

Step 3

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, if desired.

Step 4

Divide the cherry smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh cherries or a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia or Hemp seeds for a boost of healthy fats, fiber & omega-3’s.
  • 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Meal for a boost in fiber and minerals.
