About this Recipe
Velvety smooth and comforting, this rich and creamy spiked Blissful Hot Chocolate is the perfect balance of chocolate and a hint of liqueur, and is sure to warm you up.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 4 ounces Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
- Whipped Cream, for garnish
- Chocolate Shavings, for garnish
- Cinnamon Powder, for garnish
Step 1
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
Step 2
Add the chopped dark chocolate and sugar to the saucepan. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Stir in the vanilla extract and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Continue to heat the mixture until warmed through.
Step 4
Pour the spiked hot chocolate into mugs.
Step 5
Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chocolate shavings, and a dash of cinnamon powder.
