About this Recipe
Indulge in a refreshing blend of blueberries and acai in this Berrylicious Acai Bowl. Topped with crunchy granola and fresh fruit for a delicious, healthy meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 ripe Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 packets Frozen Acai Puree
- 1/4 cup Granola, for topping
- Optional: Honey or Maple Syrup, for sweetness
- Toppings: Additional Blueberries, Banana Slices, Pomegranate Seeds
Step 1
In a blender, combine the blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, sliced banana, coconut water, chia seeds, and acai puree. if desired, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Step 2
Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined, adding more coconut water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
Step 3
Pour the blended mixture into a serving bowl.
Step 4
Top the bowl with granola, banana slices, additional blueberries and pomegranate seeds for added texture and flavor.
