About this Recipe
Power up your mornings with this tasty Berry Green Power Smoothie! Made with handful of healthy goodness from sweet berries, leafy spinach, a banana and is a perfect way to start your day!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1 Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk (or any preferred milk)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (option, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 cup Green Yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
Step 1
Wash the spinach throughly and pat dry.
Step 2
Place the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana, almond milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
Step 3
If using Greek yogurt, add it to the blender as well.
Step 4
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
Step 5
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more honey.
Step 6
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk in small increments until you reach the desired consistency.
Step 7
Once smooth, pour the smoothie contents into glasses and serve immediately.
