Full of healthy goodness with fresh strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, this vibrant drink is not only a feast for the eyes but a powerhouse of antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla for added sweetness)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional for added sweetness)
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup Ice (adjust for desired thickness)
Step 1
Wash and hull the strawberries. Make sure the blueberries and blackberries are clean and dry.
Step 2
Add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
STEP 3
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Add ice cubes, one handful at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. Blend again after each addition.
Step 5
Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup, if needed. Pour into glasses evenly and enjoy!
ADD-ON OPTIONS
Add a handful of spinach or kale for a hidden boost of greens. A scoop of protein powder for a more filling and muscle-building smoothie. Banana for extra sweetness and creaminess.
