INGREDIENTS:
- 4-6 Bell Peppers
- 1 pound Lean Ground Hamburger Meat

- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190º).

Step 6
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Spoon the hamburger and rice mixture into the prepared bell peppers, filling them to the top.
STEP 8
Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
STEP 9
