Demo Request Form

Thank you for partnering with our store and giving our community the opportunity to discover your product!
By submitting this request form, you acknowledge and agree to our guidelines for compliance, scheduling, staffing, product handling, service standards, and payment.

All demos are coordinated and approved by our Store Manager, Teresa Kwan. Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance, and you’ll receive a confirmation within 72 hours. We look forward to creating a successful in-store experience together!

DEMO OPTIONS AND COSTS

A $50.00 administrative fee is required per vendor-run demo. This fee covers scheduling, store notifications, and all compliance processing and management. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for missed or canceled demos.

DEMO TERMS

• Pre-payment is required for all requests and is to be received 10 days prior to demo date.  Space is limited and all requests will be approved on a frist come, first served basis.
• Vendordemos must be performed by direct employees of the brand.  Fairfax Market does not permit third-party agency representation or individuals paid as 1099 independent contractos to work in our stores.
• All Vendor employess must provide a current California ood Handler certificate for food and non-alcoholic beverages.
• All alcohol tastings require servers to provide a current California ABC Responsible Beverage Service number.
• All invoicing will be provided by our billing department: greg@fairfaxmarket.net.
