Layered with decadent chocolate chia pudding, creamy Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, and crunchy granola,this luscious pudding parfait will satisfy your cravings while keeping you energized throughout the day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 ripe Bananas, sliced
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free)
- 1 cup Granola
- Optional garnish: Chocolate shavings, berries, or nuts for garnish
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 2
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until the pudding thickens.
Step 3
Once the chia pudding is ready, start layering in serving glasses. Begin with a layer of chocolate chia pudding at the bottom.
Step 4
Add a layer of bananas in a circle around the glass and then a layer of yogurt to keep the banana layer pressed against the glass. Follow up with a thin layer of your favorite granola.

Repeat the layers until glasses are filled.

Top with chocolate shavings or berries for an extra touch. Serve immediately or store in thefridge for a few hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
