INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large Organic Eggs
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 2
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, then drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 4
Stir in chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Pour egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
Step 6
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 mniutes before serving.
