INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium Apples, peeled and chopped (Gala or Honeycrisp are best!) plus 1 extra for slicing and topping on bowls
- 1 Whole Banana, frozen (peel before freezing)
- 1/2 cup Plain Green Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Oat Granola
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 1
In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped apples, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ice (if you are using).
Step 2
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie mixture evenly into two bowls.
Step 4
Sprinkle with the oat granola evenly over the top of the smoothie bowls.
Step 5
Add sliced apples and drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the granola. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to bring out the flavor. Enjoy!
